Further information
Renting
Renting on a weekly basis from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am. Shorter or longer stays are negotiable depending on occupancy.
Payment and reimbursement
50% of the total fee is due upon booking – another 50% four weeks prior to arrival. A refund for cancellation occurs only when the object can be rented out again.
Energy consumption
The energy consumption in the house has a very generous design and includes per week stay; 100 liters of heating oil, 300kWh electricity consumption and 5 cubic meters of water. These quotas can only be exceeded due to very wasteful use. Nearly all lights are equipped with LED technology. Technical equipments are modern and have very good energy efficiency classes and the heating is also up to date. In terms to the environmentally and economically viable use, we reserve the right to charge for the increased consumption.
